Our Story
Dhamma Hadaya Meditation Center was founded with a simple yet meaningful purpose—to provide a peaceful place where people can cultivate wisdom, compassion, and inner peace through the teachings of the Buddha.
Inspired by the Theravada Buddhist tradition, our center welcomes individuals and families seeking a deeper understanding of meditation, mindfulness, and the Dhamma. Whether you are taking your first steps on the path or continuing a lifelong practice, you will find a supportive community dedicated to learning and spiritual growth.
Located in the peaceful surroundings of Manassas, Virginia, Dhamma Hadaya serves as both a place of worship and a community gathering space where meditation, education, and acts of generosity come together.
